Links to the curriculum

  • Personal, social, and health education

Our resources have been designed with the curriculum in mind, whether it’s PSHE and Citizenship in England, PSE in Scotland and Wales, or PDMU in Northern Ireland. Wherever you are in the UK, you can help students manage their wellbeing through puberty and beyond.
  • Relationships and sex

Our resources help you cover topics like the emotional and physical changes during puberty, part of the RSE curriculum in England, RSHP in Scotland, SRE in Wales, or RSE in Northern Ireland.
  • Sciences

kiin doesn’t just cover what puberty is. It covers why and how it happens as well, helping you explore the reproductive system, menstrual cycle, emotional development and the biological changes humans undergo with your students.

Spiral curriculum

Learning works best when it’srevisited over time. Sowe’ve split our resourcesinto two age groups, 8-10 and 11-14, anddeveloped them according to a spiral curriculum.

The primary resources introduce pupilsto topics in a simple and reassuring way, while the secondary ones build upon students’ prior knowledge with more detailed, science-based information.
